About the Role
As the Managed Security Services Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development and lifecycle of our managed security services offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that managed security services solutions are developed and delivered to market on time and meet customer needs. You will also work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive managed security services adoption and revenue growth.
What you will do.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the development and lifecycle of managed security services offerings.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, marketing, and sales, to ensure that managed security services solutions meet customer needs and are delivered on time.
Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform managed security services development decisions.
Develop managed security services roadmaps and work with cross-functional teams to ensure that managed security services solutions are developed according to schedule.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop managed security services positioning and messaging that drives managed security services adoption and revenue growth.
Analyze managed security services performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes.
Monitor industry trends and developments to ensure that managed security services solutions remain competitive.
Work with external partners and vendors to integrate their solutions into our managed security services offerings.
What we are looking for.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the managed security services or cybersecurity industry.
Strong knowledge of managed security services solutions and technologies.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience working with remote teams.
Must be able to travel occasionally as needed.
