About the Role
As the Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing clients in the Miami region. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to existing clients, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
What you will do.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients in the Miami region.
Work with clients to understand their cybersecurity needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to existing clients.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute account-based marketing strategies and campaigns.
Collaborate with the client success team to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver regular account reviews and performance reports to clients.
Negotiate contracts and terms with clients and partners.
What we are looking for.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity products and services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Must be willing to travel as needed.
