About the Role
The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting the human resources function for American Cyber in a remote capacity. This position will work closely with our leadership team and employees to ensure we are maintaining a positive, productive and compliant work environment.
What you will do.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume reviews, candidate screenings, and scheduling interviews.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding processes.
Manage employee relations issues, conducting investigations and providing guidance to management as needed.
Oversee employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and communication with employees.
Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.
Manage and maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems are up-to-date and accurate.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and other metrics.
What we are looking for.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a Generalist role.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Experience with HRIS systems and software.
