About the Role

As the Content Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a content marketing strategy that supports our overall marketing goals. You will manage a team of content creators and work cross-functionally with other teams to create and distribute content that resonates with our target audience. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving results through content marketing.

What you will do. 

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that supports the company's marketing goals.

• Create a content calendar that aligns with the company's marketing campaigns and initiatives.

• Manage a team of content creators, including writers, designers, and video producers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and distribute content across various channels, including email, social media, blog, and website.

• Create and manage the company's blog, ensuring that it is consistently updated with high-quality content.

• Develop and maintain a content distribution strategy that drives traffic, engagement, and leads .

• Measure and analyze the performance of content marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing.

What we are looking for.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in content marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of SEO and content optimization best practices.

  • Experience with content management systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
